Back when Trespasser was being announced, the developers went out of their way to promote the idea of a single island you could explore in one piece. The idea was that the player could walk around the island without any boundaries, fixed levels or layed out paths. A limited budget and several constraints later, the idea was put aside in favor of smaller levels that would have a pre-set objective (mainly to reach point B from point A) – a move many critics and gamers alike complained about… and then s13n1 came around and showed us this:
