Minecraft Park

Another thing I have overlooked, and gosh is it a fun one: Jurassic Park in Minecraft! That's right, anyone who is interested in the popular brick-builder is going to enjoy the map quite a bit. The Video shows isla nublar, complete with accurate fences, raptor pen & visitor center.

Relive Trespasser in Cryengine

I am really curious how this hasn't been featured before: fellow community member Vagrantart created a recreation of Trespasser scenes in the new cryengine 3. I keep watching the video over and over and it captures the feel perfectly. It also kinda shows how great the Trespasser asset were. Either way: this is a great project we should all be supportive of. If you haven't seen the video, check it out above. On related news: Vagrantart also created a recreation of the infamous visitor center - god I hope this project gets to see a release.

Trespasser- Original Hammond Script RELEASED!

Image

This year, TresCom has received a very special Christmas present.

Thanks to the writer of Trespasser, Austin Grossman, we now have one of the ultimate "holy grails" of Trespasser lore... the original John Hammond script! Scanned and converted into PDF format, this is the actual document taken to England and recorded with Attenborough. It features hand-written notes; cross-outs, additions, and scribbles. More importantly, to fans of the game, it features almost 80 sets of never-before-seen dialogue! This new material greatly expands the scope of Trespasser's narrative and even answers some of the many mysteries.

The revelation of this script of course has a big impact on the future of my own audio version of this story, Jurassic Time. A new version of the recorded dialogue is already underway (with the first all-new bonus track already completed and shared on the forum thread), as is a potential alternate version featuring the un-recorded dialogue featured in the script.

Expect many more great things to come out of this. But for now, enjoy the script, and discuss it here!

In addition to that, Hilwo has updated his voiceover lists to include the new dialogue, along with other changes. You can find these here, temporarily:
