The Town Mission
Armed with a revolver, standing in the center of the dam, get to the town. Once you've done that, there is a key card in a cabinet by the open gates in front of you. it's Hammond's. From there, you're on your own. Go to Hammond's, and find a certain key card to continue the mission. You'll know when the mission is over when you see a 'dead end' with a little surprise......
