Definite Let’s Play With TheZenoGuy

TheZenoGuy, who also made the first fully released level patch/restoration mod for Trespasser has made their own Let’s Play of Trespasser. Their goal is to make it in style of Research Indicates let’s play but with more updated and correct information. So far they have recorded and released the first two levels, Beach and Jungle Road. So grab yourself something to drink, and maybe even something to eat and have a watch!

First Version Of Novel Isla Sorna Mod By Draconisaurus

Draconisaurus is fully busy with working on their movie version of The Lost World novel. During this process, they have released a set of playable levels of locations featured in the book, mainly the City and Santa Fe Institute, areas never before seen in a Trespasser mod.

Draconisaurus Goes Old School With The Novel Movie

Old school as in pre-YouTube days. Draconisaurus has decided to ditch YouTube and release new episodes like you did in the early days of the internet – as files!

More Let’s Play Mods With TheIdiot

We have more let’s play videos for you. TheIdiot has continue to play and record let’s play videos of fan mods of the game. And we are continue to add these to the download page of each level in case you want a sneak peak before trying it yourself! Their latest release is for the Site C mod.

Causeway HD Release By TrespasserGuy

Back in January, TrespasserGuy released another HD release of another mod, this time Causeway. Originally made by community member General Kenobi back in 2007 for the “Week Of Trespasser” contest. This new HD version contains updated foliage, new dinosaurs and a new ending to the level!

Stone Pass By TheIdiot

We have another level in store for you. TheIdiot has released their Stone Pass level. What is it about? This is what TheIdiot has to say:
“This will be a very simple level based upon one of Draco’s old level ideas, which was also called “Stone Pass” – it follows his outline somewhat, but I have added the odd twist or turn in order to shake things up a bit. The focus is not on pushing boundaries, complex puzzles, or making a giant, sprawling adventure – instead, I have tried to make a relaxed, small level with a focus on visuals and new assets (I have been doing a bit of sneaky 3D modelling here and there). The estimated play time is going to be about 10-20 minutes.”

As of now, the level is not hosted on TresCom due to requiring TI’s base package to be installed first. But you can head over to the forum and follow the instruction on how to install the mod, as well as TI’s other mods that require the same base package!

Translations: A New Download Section

Recently, a new member joined our community by the name of KeyofBlueS after being a lurker for a very long time. Being a streamer, as well as a modder for the game “Ghostbusters: The Video Game“, they had issues with the subtitles in Trespasser. They took on the massive task on translating all subtitles (captions) in Trespasser to Italian, a language the game was never translated to. In the process of translating the subtitles, they created a tool to convert WAV files to CAU files where it is much easier to set the timing of a subtitle, making sure they show up properly timed as the dialogue is spoken. They also released an updated TPA for the English release, correcting some subtitle timings that was wrong in the English release as well.

With the release of Italian subtitles of the game, we have added a new download section called “Translations”. Here we will put various translations of the game, including TPAs taken from the official translated versions (French, Spanish German and Brazilian-Portuguese).

Draconisaurus’ TLW Novel Movie: Episode 1

For some of you, Christmas has just started, for some of us, it was celebrated yesterday. But no reason to stop there. A few weeks ago, Draco released his first episode of his The Lost World novel movie. So if you have some spare time this holiday, make sure to check it out!

Trespasser City And 4th Dracula Level

Happy (late) Halloween! During Halloween, Raphaelsauros release two new levels for you to enjoy. The first one is a city level, which I believe is the first time anyone has actually made a city in Trespasser (and released it). Included in this new package, they have also released a 4th level in their Dracula series. Luckily it got a winter theme to it, so it should be fine with us being late with making a news post about it. Go and check these out!

Let’s Play Trespasser With TheIdiot

Our longtime community member TheIdiot has released their own set of “Let’s Play” videos of Trespasser. I believe this is the first time a longtime community member have made their own Let’s Play videos and from someone who has extensive knowledge about the game. I highly recommend you giving these videos a watch, as you may learn something new about the game, that was missed by earlier Let’s Play videos!

Please note that TheIdiot warns the viewer that “you’re in for a scare!: Contains swearing, low-brow humour and plenty of self-deprecation.”

Revae Reworked: Jungle Road

I missed to add this release earlier this year. After Ravae finished their work on the Beach level, they continued on to Jungle Road, which is massive. This new package also comes with both levels in the same bundle. Go check them out!

Prince Of Persia

This was meant to be announced for Easter this year, but they released this early, and I forgot to actually make a news post for it, so here it is. A new level inspired by the Prince Of Persia video game series.

Next comes an updated version of their Dracula level series. In this 3rd release, they have included more vampires, as well as added more SFX to the levels.

Zeno’s Fan Build 121

TheZenoGuy has continued to work on their own fan patch for Trespasser. In this new 121 build, they have added the cut level Plantation House, as well as modified so the entrance to Industrial Jungle works with it. They have also taken on the massive task of adding terrain objects to all the foliage objects, so now foliage make sound as you walk through them (originally, only a few levels included this). I highly recommend you to head over to their MODDB page and check this out if you want a great new fresh experience of the retail game.

Happy (Late) New Year!

We from the TresCom staff would like to wish you all a happy new year! It is a bit late, but better late than never! We move into a the new year, still surviving as always. MistyJungle

We have a new level from TrespasserGuy called “MistyJungle”. It is a level they have worked on for a few months. The level is small, but very detailed. Check it out!

TheIdiot’s Updated Level Releases

TheIdiot have released a new modified package that will act as a base for all his various mods. This base package will contain the base files (like TPAs), making downloads be lower in size as you don’t have to download duplicate files. As of now, the files are hosted only only at the forum, until we have a good way to show them off in our download section.

Happy Halloween!

It’s the spook time of the year, once again. And for this year, Raphaelsauros has given us a real spooky treat! Introducing TresDracula – 2nd Edition! Some of you may remember Raphaelsauros’ first level, TresDracula, where you were able to explore Dracula’s castle. Some really impressive work for a member that is fairly new in our community. Ascent II, Reimagined: Part 1

Today we have a new level for you, one that is based on Ascent II. The Ascent levels are seen as some of the most boring levels in the game, as they feel rushed and contains less to explore comparing to previous levels. Cloning Facility

Other Levels

The level download section has also been updated to include previously released levels which for various reasons had not been uploaded to the site. These include Crates Evolved, InGen Water Treatment, Airfield and MountainTop. Be sure to check these out as well. We are aware that there are more missing levels, and the plan is to have them all added to our site when time allow.

Paper Craft

A while ago, Isolt released a PDF containing paper crafts of some of the crates and barrels found in the game. If you have a printer, go ahead and print and make your own paper crafts!
