This is the complete E3 demo shown at E3 1998. It contains a completely different Industrial Jungle level comparing to the level found in the released game.
It also contain Pine Valley and Test Scene.

the weapon sounds in the game files are noticeably higher quality in this build, and this build alone. 44khz on some of them instead of only 22khz.
That is true. The same goes for the voiceovers. For example, the Hammond voiceovers are much higher quality which was also used in the latest Jurassic Time version, giving such a better experience!
